PURPOSE: An all-body training equipment for improving muscular strength is provided to help a user to obtain the efficient training effect, who wants to improve his/her muscular strength sincerely or, especially, has no ability to move by him-/herself, and to previously prevent the phenomenons, like articulation derangement, etc. CONSTITUTION: The all-body training equipment includes; a body(100), composed of a base with a projected fixing plate, a case(120) for forming a determined space over the fixing plate and a panel(140), arranged over the case(120) by being connected with a column(130); a vibration plate(200), in which a support plate, as a plate shape, is exposed on the upper surface of the case(120), elastically connected with the base by using a spring, projected from the central bottom, and connected with a fixing plate via a hinge; and a controller(310), mounted on the panel(140); a power supplier, applying the power according to the signal of the controller(310); a motor; and a vibration unit.
