GYPSUM BOARD EXCELLENT IN ANTI-BACTERIA AND ANTI-MOLD PROPERTIES, DISPERSIBILITY, STORAGE-STABILITY, AND THERMAL STABILITY AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A gypsum board is provided, which keeps anti-bacteria and anti-mold properties good for a long time and is excellent in dispersibility, economical efficiency, storage-stability, and thermal stability. And a process for producing the gypsum board is provided also. CONSTITUTION: The gypsum board is produced by the process comprising the steps of: injecting 0.01-0.2pts.wt. of an anti-bacteria/anti-mold agent and 0.001-0.01pts.wt. of a dispersant into 100pts.wt. of gypsum used in a pulp slurry and stirring; injecting the mixture into gypsum mixture slurry comprising gypsum, water, a curing agent, an admixture and stirring uniformly; molding and drying. The anti-bacteria/anti-mold agent is at least one or two selected from zinc dimethyl dithiocarbamate, zinc ethylene dithiocarbamate, zinc-2-pyridine-thiol-1-oxide, 2N-octyl-4-isothiazoline-3-one, and etc. And the dispersant is a liquid phase polyoxyethylene-based anionic surfactant.
