PURPOSE: A recycling equipment and a recycling process of a waste casting sand are provided to remove a material such as caking agent and iron oxide on the waste casting sand continuously by an automated recycling system. CONSTITUTION: The recycling equipment of the waste casting sand comprises a feed hopper(10) for supplying the waste casting sand; a first vibrating screen(20) for sorting the sand firstly; a jaw crusher(30); a plurality of drum magnets(50); a second vibrating screen(60) for re-sorting the sand; a non-ferrous metal sorting device(70) for removing a non-ferrous metal contained in the waste casting sand; a first rod mill(40); a second rod mill(80); and a transfer conveyor(1q).
