RECYCLING PROCESS OF WASTE CASTING SANDS FOR ASPHALT CONCRETE AND RECYCLED AGGREGATES THEREOF

PURPOSE: A recycling process is provided to improve a productivity and also to save resources as preventing environment pollution by regenerating process of waste casting fiber. CONSTITUTION: A regenerating processing method of waster casting sands contains the steps of: collecting waste casting sand and separating it into a clayey cohesive waste casting sands and chemical cohesive waste casting sands, additionally regenerating them in the same process by time interval, selecting the waste casting sands stored in a storage unit(7)(10) of recycled sands according to recycled usages, and storing them at the storage unit(7)(10) to process the waste casting sands to enable to regenerate. A recycling process is for recycling as an aggregate for asphalt concrete. The waste casting sands fed back from the recycling process is treated till becoming a final waste material to minimize waste material.
