PURPOSE: A debt repayment intermediating system and a method for the same are provided to select a proper repayment negotiator in a case that plural debtors want to repay their debts, and to negotiate with the selected creditor for a collective repayment of the debts so that it can simplify the repayment process and determine a proper repayment amount. CONSTITUTION: A debtor accesses a debt repayment intermediating service site and subscribes for the service site as a member(S200). The service site checks data on the debt and notifies the debtor of a repayment process(S300). The service site selects a proper repayment negotiator(S400). The selected repayment negotiator negotiates with a creditor for a debt repayment, and determines a repayment amount(S500). The service site notifies the debtor of the determined repayment amount(S600). The debtor deposits the repayment amount in an account of the creditor within a determined period, and notifies the service site of the deposit(S700). The creditor releases a credit restriction of the debtor after checking the deposit from the debtor(S800).
