PURPOSE: An attachment related document management system and method is provided to convert an attachment related document into image data, to computerize the attachment related tasks, and to transmit an attachment process result to a corresponding office or an account owner. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises an image processor(10), an attachment processor(20), and a message transmitter(30). The image processor(10) converts the attachment related document, received by a court of a justice, into image data. The attachment processor(20) receives the image data from the image processor(10), checks the type of the document, searches for a corresponding account, and processes an attachment task, e.g. an attachment registration, a payment or an exoneration. The message transmitter(30) transmits the process result to a corresponding office or an account owner.
