PURPOSE: A system and a method of managing a discounted bill, and a recording medium recording program source are provided to manage the discounted bill stably and effectively by reducing the business load of a branch, and removing the manpower/time waste and the probability for omitting the bill, as concentrating the bill discounting business and the after-management on an enterprise loan business. CONSTITUTION: A terminal(10) of the branch registers a discount request and outputs a cover page by receiving the information of the actual discounted bill transferred to the enterprise loan center through a delivery means. A scanner(20) of the branch forms the electronic data by scanning the cover page and the actual discounted bill, and transmits the electronic data to a server(30) of the enterprise loan center. The server of the enterprise loan center discounts the bill after storing the electronic data and examining the credit information of a debtor, transmits the discount particulars to the terminal of the branch, and manages the expiration of the discounted bill.
