PURPOSE: A BFN(Base station Frame Number) synchronization device of a base station is provided to continuously enable the second BFN count register, or to supply a BFN fault signal to a base station signal controller, and to broadcast a common BFN message to all channel cards of the base station, thereby quickly performing BFN synchronization. CONSTITUTION: A base station reference timer(1) periodically generates an interrupt signal. A base station signal controller(2) generates a common BFN message including a BFN count value of the first BFN count register(5a) when the interrupt signal is generated. At least more than one channel cards(4) compare a count value of the first BFN count register(5a) with count values of the second BFN count registers(5b), and continuously enable the second BFN count registers(5b) or supply a BFN fault signal to the base station signal controller(2). A channel card management device(3) broadcasts the common BFN message to all the channel cards(4) of a base station.
