Driver seat back having independent right and left frame

PURPOSE: A backrest of a seat with independent left and right frames is provided to prevent the backrest from drooping by pulling back left and right frames respectively or simultaneously, and to obtain the space sufficiently by adjusting the backrest of the seat with an actuator and a controller. CONSTITUTION: A backrest of a seat comprises left and right frames(11,12) vertically arranged at left and right sides of the backrest and supported by two or more vertical frames(10) to axially pull the end back; frame control motors(13a,13b) connected to the lower ends of the left and right frames to pull the frames back; a motor controller(14) controlling the frame control motors; and motor operating switches(15a,15b) switching for interlocking left and right frames. The vertical frame is combined with turning a ball(16) in multiple directions.
