PURPOSE: A method for calculating airfoil measurement coordinates values by using a CAD system is provided to pass over coordinate values only of a probe center to a CAD system without using a probe compensation provided from a 3-dimensional measurer, and to calculate airfoil measurement coordinate values by using the passed values, thereby minimizing a measurement error. CONSTITUTION: A system reads a central value of a probe(1400). The system removes an error point of measurement data read by the probe(1420). The system forms a spline by the central value of the probe(1440). The system calculates I, J, and K vectors at each measurement point, and calculates a radius of the compensated probe(1460). The system calculates a contact point of the probe(1480).
