PURPOSE: A die apparatus with a process temperature control system for a micro-die is provided to perform injection molding process quickly by using air as a flow medium, and to reduce injection molding time by selectively supplying cool air or hot air. CONSTITUTION: A micro-die apparatus comprises a heating unit(30) supplying a heat medium heated, a cooling unit(50) supplying a cold medium cooled, a suction pump(10) sucking air, a heating heat exchanger(40a) heating air from an air filter by the heat medium supplied from the heating unit, a cooling heat exchanger(40b) cooling air from the air filter by the cold medium supplied from the cooling unit, a couple of solenoid valves(70a,70b) selectively transmitting air from the heating heat exchanger or the cooling heat exchanger, and a couple of temperature transfer flowing units(90a,90b) installed to an upper die(1b) and a lower die(1a) to flow air from the solenoid valves.
