PURPOSE: Provided is a method for growing bean sprouts containing organic selenium by using the dilute solution of a nano-sized selenium colloidal solution. Thus obtained bean sprouts contain organic selenium in large quantities. CONSTITUTION: The method for growing bean sprouts containing organic selenium comprises the steps of: washing beans and dipping them in the dilute solution of a nano-sized selenium colloidal solution, followed by drying; and supplying the dilute solution of a nano-sized selenium colloidal solution to the beans, followed by growing and harvest. Therefore, the bean sprouts contain organic selenium in large quantities.
