PURPOSE: A data processing method is provided to process local estimation data of a signal source in a three-dimensional approach manner using a current density model of brain waves. CONSTITUTION: A data processing method comprises a step of generating data for current density information for local estimation of a signal source from brain current signal information(20), a step of forming the generated current density information with a three-dimensional current density image(30), a step of space normalizing the three-dimensional current density image(50), and a step of estimating a localization of the signal source of brain waves by statistical parameter mapping with the database where an image for standard groups related to normal and abnormal persons is constructed(80).
