A microarray having probes for genotyping Mycobacteria species, differentiating Mycobacterium tuberculosis strains, and detecting antibiotic-resistant strains, immobilized on the support, a method for genotyping Mycobacteria species, differentiating Mycobacterium tuberculosis strains, and detecting antibiotic-resistant strains using the microarray, and a diagnostic kit for tuberculosis and non-tuberculosis Mycobacteria infections using the same are provided. The microarray includes Mycobacteria species genotyping probes, Mycobacterium tuberculosis strains differentiating probes, and antibiotic-resistant strains detecting probes together. When a plurality of those probe sets are immobilized on a single support, a Mycobacterium genotyping test, a M. tuberculosis strain differentiation test, and an antibiotic-resistance detection test can be simultaneously performed on multiple clinical isolates through a single test, thereby reducing time consumption and costs. Clinical isolates as well as strain cultures can be directly applied to the microarray so that the time for diagnosis is further reduced. Also, the test results are accurate.
