PURPOSE: An inner packing material for leaf and stem vegetables and fruit vegetables is characterized by absorbing harmful gas(ethylene, acetaldehyde, ethanol and so on), maintaining freshness for circulating, having high physical and chemical stability, minimizing loss, reducing quantity of waste, reducing labor and increasing longevity of cut flower. CONSTITUTION: The inner packing material for maintaining freshness of leaf and stem vegetables and fruit vegetables is obtained by a process containing the steps of: beating and mixing chemical pulp of a broad-leaved tree and a needle-leaf tree or OCC(old corrugated container); grinding charcoal to make powder having under 200mesh, followed by adding and mixing; grinding feldspathic porphyritic andesite to make powder having 300-400mesh, followed by adding and mixing; adding cationic starch or cationic poly acryl amide to manufacture a liner and a core paper; and then producing cellular board for inner-packing out of the raw paper using a single facer.
