A Functional Sealed Container for Liquid Foods Extraction by Pressurized Fluids

PURPOSE: A functional sealing vessel is provided to easily extract liquid-phase food and to achieve the constant taste and smell of coffee by extracting coffee with the same temperature and pressure based on the same time condition. CONSTITUTION: A functional sealing vessel(10) includes an upper section(30), a lower section(50) and a partition(70) for defining the upper section(30) and the lower section(50). An object to be extracted is inputted into the upper section(30). Functional material(55) is positioned in the lower section(50). A plurality of pores(71) is formed in the partition(70) so that fluids is communicated between the upper section(30) and the lower section(50). The upper section(30) and the lower section(50) are covered by upper and lower covers(31,51), respectively so as to store the contents for a predetermined time period.
