Device contains a polymeric body that includes a cavity for cell culture and semi-permeable materials. One of body's surfaces is a membrane being impermeable for high-molecular proteins and designed in the form of prosthesis of arterial vessel or arteriovenous anastomosis; another surface is a membrane with possibility to transmit hormones and not to transmit elements and designed in the form of prosthesis of venous vessel.
