Antiinflammatory interleukine-1β cytokines value in liquor being from 300 pg/ml to 1000 pg/ml and in blood from 200 pg/ml to 400 pg/ml and interleukine-6 in liquor from 100 pg/ml to 1000 pg/ml and in blood from 100 pg/ml to 800 pg/ml, intracranial inflammatory complications are to be predicted. Anti-inflammatory interleukine-1β cytokines value in liquor being from 100 pg/ml to 150 pg/ml and in blood from 200 pg/ml to 700 pg/ml and interleukine-6 in liquor from 6.1 pg/ml to 10 pg/ml and in blood from 10 pg/ml to 120 pg/ml, extracranial inflammatory complications are to be predicted. EFFECT: high accuracy and reliability of prognosis.
