Using the consortium of new strains of microorganisms Pseudomonas stutzeri 18 and Pseudomonas putida 21 provides reducing the content of cyanides from 5-30 mg/l and thiocyanates from 0.1-4 g/l in solutions and pulps to the maximum allowable concentration for 24 h that solves the problem for detoxification of cyanide-and thiocyanate-containing discharges in golden-mining and some other fields of industry.
