FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves method involves clipping proximal portion of cystic duct. The cystic duct is transected. An opening is produced in the cystic duct wall. Catgut Reder loop is thrown over cystic duct stump below the opening. Ureteral catheter is introduced into the opening first for 15-20 cm and then for 3-4 cm. Metal conductor is withdrawn from the catheter. Reder loop is tightened. External catheter end is brought to the anterior abdominal wall. Fastening is carried out solution that the catheter is positioned freely without tension. EFFECT: prevented complications after manipulations in draining common hepatic duct.
