FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves doing physical training exercises. The treatment is carried out in 3 stages. The first one is applied in acute period by doing physical training exercises loading the broadest muscles of back, deltoid muscles, flexor muscles of forearm, extensor muscles of forearm and excluding rotation movements in the brachial articulation. All movements are carried out on the background of diaphragmatic relaxation-type breathing. The second treatment stage is carried out after having released acute pain syndrome. It involves doing exercises loading the infraspinatus muscle, coracoid muscle, supraspinous muscle and deltoid muscle. Exercises like the press with burden are done at the third stage.
