FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to conjugate of 4-[1-ethyl-2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)butene-1-yl] phenoxyacetic acid with bovine serum albumin of the general formula (I) wherein n = 2-23 prepared by conversion of 4-[1-ethyl-2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)butene-1-yl]phenoxyacetic acid to activated ester using carbodiimide followed by amidation with indicated intermediate compounds of bovine serum albumin. Conjugate shows high specificity and sensitivity to diethylstilboestrol and can be used for immunochemical assay of diethylstilboestrol in physiological fluids and tissues of animals.
