FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to plants conditioning and drying air by condensing water vapors in microclimate systems of agricultural rooms. Proposed plant contains duct in form of rectangular parallelepiped with cross-type heat exchanger installed in center. Heat exchanger is installed so that its lower diagonal rib in connected with lower wall of duct I direction of inner and outer air flows. Upper diagonal ribs of heat exchanger is connected with upper wall of duct through bypass valve, and horizontal ribs of heat exchanger are connected with separating wall dividing duct space into four parts. Upper wall of duct in left-hand part up to heat exchanger and separating wall are connected with first inside air discharge valve. Lower wall and separating wall are connected with second outside air intake valve. One of sides of first and second valves are in communication with outside air. Middle and lower walls in right-hand lower part from heat exchanger are connected with suction fan. Middle and upper walls of duct in upper to the right from heat exchanger are connected with exhaust fan and heat exchanger with variable air heating by energy carrier through valve connected with first actuating mechanism coupled with output of comparator unit one output of which is coupled with room temperature transmitter and second input is connected with temperature setter. Moisture transmitter with recorder are installed in room. Thirst outside air intake valve is installed between second valve and heat exchanger on side wall of duct. Temperature transmitter is installed in cross-type heat exchanger on wall of intake air channel in place of ice formation. Said temperature transmitter is connected through recorder with temperature-and-moisture control first output of which is coupled through first switch with second actuating mechanism and bypass valve. Second output of temperature-andmoisture control is connected through second switch with third actuating mechanism and first valve. Third output of temperature-and-moisture control is coupled through third switch with fourth actuating mechanism and bypass valve. Fourth output of temperature-and-moisture control is connected through fourth switch with first input of fifth actuating mechanism and bypass valve. Fourth output of temperature-and moisture control is connected through fourth switch with first input of fifth actuating mechanism and second valve. Temperature and moisture transmitters installed in zone of mixing of inside and outside air opposite to second and third valves are connected through recorder with first and second inputs of comparator unit whose output, through fifth switch, is coupled through second input of fifth actuating mechanism and second valve, and third input of comparator unit is coupled with setter temperature and moisture control is connected with air, moisture transmitter n agricultural room through recorder. EFFECT: provision of required microclimate in valve stock barns by improving serviceability of ventilation systems. 4 dwg
