FIELD: medicine; medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves acting upon functional antigravitation system by preventing from labyrinth, cervical symmetric and asymmetric tonic reflexes growth. To do it, maximum supra-brachial deflection is carried out backwards to bring medial scapular edges to the vertebral column and fixing them in this position when children are kept in dry immersion conditions. The sessions are continued daily until pathological reflexes extinguish and righting reflexes are set. Dry immersion condition session is 20-30 min long. The device has pelot for upper shoulder girdle and chest being manufactured as longitudinal plate having detachment member in the middle part having means for making interfixation for controlling plate length. Plate width is selected from condition involving lower plate edge reaching inferior scapula edge and the superior edge reaching neck boundary. Free ends of the plate are mountable on forearms catching also humeral articulation and upper one third of arms. The device has additional pelots usable in arm area as controllable interfixable longitudinal plates having means for attaching the arm pelots to shoulder girdle chest pelot in the humeral articulation area. The device has lumbar bandage as longitudinal plate which ends have interfixation members. A means for attaching the bandage to shoulder girdle chest pelot having matched fastening member in its lower part, is available. The device has bandages locatable on thighs. The bandages have means for fixing femoral bandages to pelvic bandage. The device has special means for moving femurs of the child outwards. The means is designed as hollow reservoir from flexible air-proof material. An opening is available in wall provided with a means for sealing obturation of the reservoir.
