Then one should detect protein content in obtained supernatant and study its morphostructure with crystalooptic method and at detecting protein value being 0.8 g/l and higher and plenty of confocal domains in crystalogram being of 3 mcm width and more it is possible to diagnose pronounced inflammatory process, and at detecting protein values being below 0.8 g/l and availability of confocal domains at their diameter to be below 3 mcm one should predict poorly pronounced inflammatory process.
