PROCESS OF ERECTION OF WATER-DEVELOPMENT WORKS ON SHOAL SECTION OF WATER AREA

FIELD: erection of permanent water-development works. SUBSTANCE: invention is related to erection of permanent water-development works in process of development and construction of shoal sections of water area, for instance, during excavation and deep processing of hydrocarbon raw materials, during construction of fish-breeding complexes, artificial islands, in particular. Floating reinforced concrete matrix pontoon fitted with plant preparing concrete solution and attachments for casting and mounting of piles, loaded with piles in the form of pipes is towed to site of erection of water-development works. Pipes are positioned vertically along two sides of reinforced concrete matrix pontoon in symmetry with its longitudinal axis. Concrete mixture is poured into spaces of pipes. Matrix pontoon is moved to new site and next group of piles is put along its two sides till formation of pile field is completed. Then base pontoons which width is equal to width of matrix pontoon are in turn brought into intervals between piles and each pontoon is made fast to piles bordering on it. Charge ballast is loaded into each base pontoon. Later payload is formed on base pontoons by positioning of production equipment and/or formation of landscape-architectural forms. Mounted floating reinforced concrete pontoon that can be detached is attached to one of free sides of base pontoon. EFFECT: simplified assembly, reduced time and labor input to erection of water-development works, enhanced functional reliability of these structures. 2 cl, 4 dwg
