FIELD: power sources. SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for chemical engineering and may be used for developing autonomic environmentally safe power sources. Electronically excited molecules constituting liquid of invention contain one oxygen and two hydrogen atoms. According to one option, liquid is composed of two components: in one of them hydrogen atoms are arranged symmetrically relative to oxygen atom at distances at least 110-10 m and no larger than 610-10 m and, in the other, hydrogen atoms are arranged asymmetrically relative to oxygen atom at distances at least 510-10 m and no larger than 810-10 m. According to second option, liquid is composed of molecules wherein hydrogen atoms are arranged only symmetrically relative to oxygen atom at distances at least 110-10 m and no larger than 610-10 m and, according to third option, liquid is composed of molecules wherein hydrogen atoms are arranged only asymmetrically relative to oxygen atom at distances at least 510-10 m and no larger than 810-10 m. The liquid can be prepared by ionizing water to form hydrogen and oxygen followed by affecting resulting mixture by body-spherical electromagnetic stationary waves. Density of the liquid is 500-700 kg/cu.m, dielectric permittivity 8-40 farads/m, surface tension 0.3-0.5 N/m, and pH = 7-9.6. Liquid is paramagnetic.
