FIELD: medicine, surgery.;SUBSTANCE: invention can be applied for treatment of burn wounds based on using cultured cells. Method involves carrying out the surgery treatment of wound and it covering with cultured cells. The strain of diploid human embryo lung cells LECH-4(81) is used the parent material. The prepared cultured cells is used as a suspension or grown on backing made of synthetic cover. Then method involves carrying out autodermoplasty after fusion of transplant by the cleaved netting panniculus with thickness 0.25 mm and perforation 1/4:1/6. Method provides enhancing the effectiveness of treatment, among them in acute deficiency of donor skin resources.;EFFECT: improved treatment method.
