METHOD FOR SURGICAL TREATING PERFORATING GASTRODUODENAL ULCERS

FIELD: medicine, surgery.;SUBSTANCE: one should suture up a perforating opening with two P-shaped serous-muscular sutures. Hemodynamics of greater omentum should be studied. One should find out the part of greater omentum at amplitude of pulse oscillations of 3.00 mm, and more to direct it under P-shaped serous-muscular sutures. Then, due to the third P-shaped serous-muscular suture at suturing the omentum in case of perforating gastric ulcer by suturing the omentum to be nearer lesser curvature of stomach the upper part of duodenal bulb, and at perforating ulcer of anterior all of duodenal bulb being nearer the upper edge of duodenal bulb. The method enables to improve circulation in ulcerous defect and accelerate regeneration.;EFFECT: higher efficiency of operation.;2 ex
