ELECTRONIC SPEED GOVERNOR TO CONTROL DELIVERY OF FUEL BY HIGH-PRESSURE FUEL-INJECTION PUMP

FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electronic speed governors for high-pressure fuel-injection pumps of engines used in automotive and special application vehicles. Proposed electronic speed governor contains actuating mechanism and magnetic circuit with coil rigidly secured on fuel-injection pump housing. Armature and rack position pickup core of actuating mechanism are made integral with fuel-injection pump control rack or shaft-tie-rod arranged parallel to rack, being rigidly coupled with rack and controlling its motion. Perforation in form of slots or holes is made on cylindrical surface of armature. Invention provides decrease of weight, increase of armature current range and improved dynamic properties at reduced use of material.;EFFECT: improved reliability and increased service life of speed governor.;3 cl, 3 dwg
