METHOD FOR PREDICTING THE SEVERITY IN THE FLOW OF ACID-DEPENDENT GASTROINTESTINAL DISEASES IN CHILDREN

FIELD: medicine, gastroenterology.;SUBSTANCE: the suggested method deals with taking into consideration the coefficient of relative homozygosity (CRH) calculated by the following formula: y_r=n_r/n, where n_r - the number of detected recessive phenotypes, n - the number of signs studied. It is recommended to study 41 signs. At CRH values ranged 0-0.5 light flow of disease is predicted, and at its values ranged 0.51-1 - severe flow is stated upon accompanied with different complications and relapses.;EFFECT: more accurate prediction.;2 ex, 2 tbl
