FIELD: medicine, urology, endocrinology.;SUBSTANCE: one should detect increased blood level of luteinizing hormone (LH) and decreased level of total testosterone, moreover, one should additionally detect in 5 portions of blood plasma the levels of LH and total testosterone taken at 20-min-long interval, determine the amplitude of their pulse rhythm being the difference between minimum and maximum values in one of the plasma portions taken to detect 5alpha-dihydrotestosterone, 17beta-estradiol, globulin that binds sex hormones, free testosterone, index of free androgens and at the level of total testosterone being either within norm or its decrease and, also, at decreased amplitude of its pulse rhythm, LH level within the norm or its increase, and , also, at decreased amplitude of its pulse rhythm, decreased free testosterone, index of free androgens, increased 5alpha-dihydrotestosterone, 17beta-estradiol, globulin that binds sex hormones one should diagnose partial age-caused androgenic deficiency (PADAM).;EFFECT: higher efficiency of diagnostics.;2 ex
