METHOD OF PRODUCTION OF BROKEN STONE OUT OF MAGNETITE QUARTZITE AT THEIR WET MAGNETIC DRESSING

FIELD: dressing of natural minerals.;SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with production of a broken stone out of magnetite quartzite at their wet magnetic dressing. The invention is pertinent to the field of dressing of natural minerals, mainly magnetite iron oxides. The technical result is a decrease of the share of iron in a broken stone. The method of production of the broken stone includes crushing of the initial ore, its comminution and elutriation of unloading of the crumbers. At that from unloading crumbers select as a coarse grain the particles with 80 %-s' share of the class of 50±25 mm, which then is washed and additionally crushed. The produced crushed product then is subjected to the dry magnetic separation, the wastes of which are sent to a warehouse of a broken stone, and a magnetic product is sent to a wet magnetic dressing.;EFFECT: the invention allows to decrease the share of iron in the broken stone.
