FIELD: medicine, experimental surgery.;SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with performing vast hepatic resections. One should carry out xenotransplantation beforehand with cryoconserved isolated porcine hepatocytes at 2x10⁶ / ml nutritive value concentration subcutaneously into anterior abdominal wall. Procedure should be conducted 48 h before operation. Then intraoperationally immediately after hepatic resection one should perform transplantation of the same cells under splenic capsule.;EFFECT: higher efficiency of postresectional hepatic regeneration.;1 ex
