METHOD FOR SURGICAL TREATING BOTH FRESH AND CHRONIC LESIONS OF TALOCRURAL JOINT

FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics.;SUBSTANCE: one should carry out an open reposition, introduce a needle intramedullarily into patient's fibula for the depth of 15-20 cm, bend its end for the angle of 160-170 deg. Then one should bend a needle's bent end by the shape of external contour of fibular distal part., form a loop at a needle's end at the level being about 2-3 cm above the fracture line. With a drill one should form a canal in patient's tibia and fibula. One should press a needle through a loop together with fibula and its fragments towards tibia with the help of a screw applied into the canal.
