METHOD FOR APPLYING PELVO-URETHRAL ANASTOMOSIS

FIELD: medicine, urology.;SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with surgical treatment of hydronephrosis. For this purpose one should resect two thirds of hydronephrotically altered pelvis, ellipsoidally dissect the upper urethral department in oblique direction. Then proximal urethral end should be dissected longitudinally into two equal halves. By using anterior and posterior pelvic walls one should develop two triangular fragments, suture longitudinally the dissected urethral walls with two triangular pelvic fragments being correspondent to their length. The method enables to develop physiological hermetic pelvo-urethral anastomosis at complete adaptation of sutured tissues without stenosing anastomosis' lumen.;EFFECT: higher efficiency.;2 dwg, 1 ex
