METHOD FOR APPLYING ANASTOMOSIS IN PATIENTS WITH HIGH RISK OF INTESTINAL ANASTOMOSIS FAILURE AND SUTURE FAILURE

摘要

A method for applying anastomosis in the patients with high risk of intestinal anastomosis failure and suture failure consists in using the semioval button as connector for anastomosis. The diameter of the connector is in small intestinal anastomosis and is colonic anastomosis. The button consists of two elements, one being inserted into the proximal end of intestine, and another into the distal end in such a way that the part of bowel connected with the serous-muscular interrupted sutures locates between these two elements. Then the button is clasped.
