FIELD: medicine, oral surgery.;SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with fixing mandibular fragments in case of reflected fracture at complicated maxillary gutter wound. One should fuse together equatorial crowns and sold hooks of wound clips to them. Then one should install and fix these crowns onto two teeth at both sides against the fracture line. Ligature wire should be applied onto hooks to be twisted then. The method provides reliable fixation of mandibular fragments.;EFFECT: higher efficiency of fixation.;5 dwg, 1 ex
