FIELD: energy engineering, chemical, petroleum chemical, petroleum extracting, food-processing industry, medicine and agriculture.;SUBSTANCE: method involves radiating water in special apparatus; pouring water 4 into reactor 1 through pipeline 6; pumping coolant between doubled walls of reactor 1 through inlet opening 9 and outlet opening 10. Apparatus has reactor 1, working chamber 2 and pump 3. Pipeline 5 is arranged in upper part of reactor 1 and adapted for discharge of gaseous decomposition products, and drain pipeline 8 for discharge of sediment is arranged in lower part of reactor 1. Wall of working chamber 2 is equipped with window of material transmitting radiation 11 at minimal losses. Working chamber 2 may be additionally furnished with navigation unit having two coaxially arranged tubes or cuts of tubes filled with wire. Water is irradiated with monochromatic infrared radiation with spectral composition approximating that of any of three water modes, that is, deformation, symmetric and asymmetric modes. Infrared radiation wavelength is 2.279-220.23 microns. Water may be irradiated with electromagnetic radiation at frequency of 1012-1014 Hz or with infrasonic waves. Energy supplied must exceed relaxation and thermal losses of water molecules.
