Prepared fodder biologically active supplement is used as an agent enhancing resistance of animals against infectious diseases as supplement to fodder. Boiling media are collected and dried in drier device of any type at temperature 40-120oC up to the water content 5-12% to obtain biologically active supplement "Akmar" for food. Prepared foodstuff is used as an adaptogenic agent as powder, tablets and in capsulated form. Biologically active supplement "Akmar" represents gray powder with different tints of brown color obtained from dried waters in complex processing of sea cucumbers and consisting of 32.0-42.0% of protein, 5.0-12.0% of water, 50.0-55.0% of mineral substances (calcium, potassium, sodium and magnesium are prevailing elements), 0.05-0.2% of lipids, sum of triterpene glycosides is in the range 5000-7000 mcg/g, and aminosugars - 0.5-2.0%. Fodder biologically active supplement represents yellow powder with tints of brown color obtained from dried viscera and other waste in finishing sea cucumbers and comprises the following components: water, 5.0-15.0%; lipids, 18.0-19.0%; protein, 35.0-40.0%; mineral substances, 30.0-35.0%; amount of glycosides is 5000-6000 mcg/g.
