FIELD: medicine, ophthalmology.;SUBSTANCE: one should introduce intracutaneously a chlamydial antigen of LV C.trachomatis strain at concentration of 1 x 10⁷ - 2.5 x 10⁷ at the quantity of 0.1-0.2 ml to detect focal ocular reaction in 24-48 h, in case of its increase against with initial one should diagnose inflammatory ocular lesion of chlamydial etiology.
