A filled part of a tea bag hose is cut-off, and is pressed elastically against the underside (13) of a cover (7) over the transporter pulley, via arms, which are connected to that pulley. The free arm edges are pretensioned against the cover. The free end of each arm (8,9) carries an elastic element (15), and the element end faces engage on the cut-off hose part (5). The element is formed by a mainly rectangular plate with cut-outs extend across its complete width.
