A housing (12) rotates via driver round axis (A) and contains turbine wheel (28) and blades (32) carried by a wheel shell (30). The wheel hub is coupled to the input shaft. A bladed (74) guide wheel (60) is carried via freewheel (64) on the inner ring part (66) as coupled to support not rotating round the axis. The turbine wheel bearing arrangement (80) is itself supported radially on the inner ring part of the guide wheel. In this way, turbine wheel shell is supported via radial bearing on the inner ring part specified. The bearing system is in turn supported on guide wheel inner ring part.
