The cable guide has a cable guide sleeve (3) fitted into an opening in the electrical device, provided with an external screw thread (6) for receiving an internally-threaded pressure screw (7), used for pressing a cable sleeve (5) enclosing an electrical cable (2) against at least one stop surface (3a,3b) provided by the guide sleeve. The screw threads are provided by metal parts, the cable guide sleeve enclosed by electrical insulation at least one the outside of the electrical device, with an insulation sleeve (10) enclosing the pressure screw.
