The endoprosthetic neck of the femur consists of several femur implant elements, the neck of the femur implant (4), the femur bolts (12) and the hip joint head (1). The hip joint head can preferably be adapted directly on an external neck of the femur implant cone (7) as a corresponding joint surface element (2) for an implanted or anatomical hip joint socket. The neck of the femur implant and femur bolts pass through elongated holes (5) in the neck of the femur implant.
