Use of dopamine partial agonists to treat restless legs syndrome

In order to provide a drug for the treatment of restless legs syndrome which effectively combats the symptoms but has significantly fewer undesirable drug effects than the drugs known from the prior art, the use of dopamine partial agonists and their physiologically tolerable salts is proposed.
