The invention relates to a method and a programmable lighting device for high-resolution, massive parallel, spatial synthesis or analysis of microarrays. The quality of the production and analysis of microarrays, and biochips depends significantly on the quality of the illumination methods, that is to say from the resolution capability, the flexible applicability and the degree of parallelism in the production of array patterns, ab. The invention makes it possible, according to a specification, two-dimensional structured laser light - dot pattern in a space -, time - and wavelengths - multiplex procedure to produce.
