The cold light lamp (11) has at least part of its height located within a light guide body (15), the lamp provided with a double-stack rounded housing (12) with a lamp part (12.1) below a circuit part (12.2) having a cold light source (13) positioned below a reflector (19), delivering useful light (18) in the direction of the housing symmetry axis (16) across the housing diameter and perpendicular decorative light (20) fed to the light guide body. The cold light source is provided by light-emitting diodes (LED) (25) mounted on a circuit board (24) supported by a rail (23) extending parallel to the decorative lighting plane (17) between 2 spaced contacts (21).
