The working pressure of a pressure medium circuit is detected and converted into an electrical signal. The actual and target pressure generator drive time passages are compared, when the detected working pressure is less than a bias pressure which is preset by pressure-medium accumulator design. An alarm signal is output, when a deviation exists between the compared time passages.
