The door (100) has a door frame (20) and door panel (10) held on the frame by one or more electromagnetic holding magnets (40) which switch off automatically in the event of a fire. A door closer device (30) is fixed on the door panel and is connected to a fixing point (34) of the door frame by a closer arm (32) whereby torque lifting the door panel off from the frame acts on the closer arm. The door panel is preferably mounted on the outside of the building to overlap the drop side of the door frame.
